DrayTek Vigor 120 ADSL Modem – Under $70? What A Steal!

Posted by Daniel Walsh on April 13th, 2009

Looking for a cost effective broadband modem? DrayTek has the answer.

The DrayTek Vigor 120 is a high speed ADSL2/2+ modem with powerful NAT, Firewall and Network Management functions, and for for under $70, it’s a steal.

Other DrayTek products can sometimes seem to be a bit pricey, or even overly technical, but the DrayTek Vigor 120 changes all that. With its simple single-ethernet configuration, object based firewall and network management tools, it’s more feature packed than the warcom stapleless stapler.

The DrayTek Vigor 120‘s compact design for home office, small office and residential users, along with it’s ease of use and the afore mentioned features, make this product our top notch favourite (don’t tell the warcom bottle openers that!).

The Draytek site seems to indicate this is an ADSL1 only modem – http://www.draytek.com/user/PdListbyCategory.php?action=LoadData&Typeid=13

Hello Matt,

Thanks for bringing this up. It seems only the American version of the product supports ADSL, the Australian Version does indeed support ADSL2+.

You can view the Australian Versions Information here: http://www.draytek.com.au/products/Vigor120.php
