Warcom product feedback

Here at Warcom your feedback about our products is important to us! So we’ve made it easier for you to tell us what you like and don’t like about the products!


At the bottom of  the page on EVERY product on our website you will see the text above! 

How to use the feedback box.

In the photo there is 3 links. The Product info and Product imageslinks will open up a new window with the feedback form ready to be filled out.

The third link Contact us will send you to a page with our contact details on it, such as our phone number and email address. So please remember, the Feedback form is NOT for any form of sales enquirers.

So if you notice something wrong about a product, such as the image is wrong, or the information is incorrect maybe there is no information at all! Click on one of the links and it will open up the new window in your browser.

 

1. What is the URL of the webpage you are looking at?

The URL is the website address that is in the address bar up the top, it’ll look something like ‘http://www.warcom.com.au/adsl-modem-router/Billion/14473_billion-bipac-7800n-adsl2-wireless-n-gigabit-modem.’ We need this so we can know which product needs to be fixed!

2. What would you like to tell us about this product?

Explain what the issue is with the product. If the photo is incorrect, and its a photo of a computer screen when the product is modem just simply state ‘The photo is incorrect, it is a photo of a Samsung monitor, but you’re advertising a 7800n.’ It’s that simple!

If the product information is incorrect for example state that the product happens to be a laptop, but the product information is about a graphics card, or even if there’s no information about the product or it just doesn’t make any sense let us know!

3. Name and Email.

The last two steps aren’t compulsory, but if we require anymore more information about your feedback form we’d like to get in contact with you and knowing who we’re talking to always adds that person touch! We also like to thank those who take  time out of their day to  give us feedback about our products! All of your emails will be read by a human being so I can guarantee that when you send a product feedback form it certainly isn’t a waste of your time!

Give us your input : How can Warcom serve you better?

It has become embarrassingly obvious, that while we here at Warcom have been concentrating on building a better mousetrap, we have dropped the ball in respects to our attention to customer service. Whilst things like this are often difficult to admit to, we cannot address these issues or concerns, without the feedback and input from the most important voices of all: our valued customers.

Identify the things that really annoy you, and things that we could do better.
The more input we get, the more changes we can make. I am sure you understand that every business must change to best meet the needs of its customers. So here is your chance to have your say, and make a huge difference in how things are done.
