The Exception, Not the Norm.
There must be something floating in the air lately, that has caused a small number of customers to unleash their fury and frustrations on our unsuspecting customer service staff. While we appreciate that the courier not delivering you order by your installation deadline is very frustrating, please understand that our helpful staff are very very rarely to blame for this mishap. This of course, does not diminish or change the severity of your situation, and as long as we all keep cool heads, we can help to resolve the situation as quickly, and as painlessly, as possible. I have to be honest though, some callers have been blatantly rude, and quite obnoxious. We are happy to say that these calls are few and far between, but when you do get that one, it can turn the day of any customer service guru, into a very unpleasant experience. Please remember that we are here to help, and we would much prefer to do that with a smile.
