I often get asked what my desk at Warcom looks like, so seeing as most of the other guys have already posted up there’s, I figured it was about time I posted a picture of mine.

Disclaimer: My desk is usually much messier than in this photo, there’s usually half a dozen Red Bull cans on it! So for those messy geeks out there – don’t feel obligated to clean your desk.

Customer Service & Support Position Available at Warcom.

By joining our customer service team, your responsibilities will include:

- Liaising with clients regarding order placements, product inquiries & quotations, product availability and order fulfilment.
- Monitor delivery of back orders and outstanding orders.
- Packing and dispatching of orders.
- Receiving inbound goods from suppliers.
- Assisting management with any tasks that may require attention. (from cleaning the warehouse, to handling rma’s)

An ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:

- A passion for ‘all things IT/geek related’ (preferably networking/voip/wireless).
- Previous experience in a sales, help desk or IT environment will be favourably looked upon.
- Fantastic ‘friendly’ customer service & communication skills.
- Time management skills & excellent attention to detail.
- Conflict resolution & excellent negotiation skills.
- Someone exceptionally driven and motivated.
- You must be able to work in a fast paced environment (This is a MUST).
