Give us your input : How can Warcom serve you better?

It has become embarrassingly obvious, that while we here at Warcom have been concentrating on building a better mousetrap, we have dropped the ball in respects to our attention to customer service. Whilst things like this are often difficult to admit to, we cannot address these issues or concerns, without the feedback and input from the most important voices of all: our valued customers.

Identify the things that really annoy you, and things that we could do better.
The more input we get, the more changes we can make. I am sure you understand that every business must change to best meet the needs of its customers. So here is your chance to have your say, and make a huge difference in how things are done.

Why a Polite Phone/Keyboard Manner Goes a Long Way!

The Exception, Not the Norm.
There must be something floating in the air lately, that has caused a small number of customers to unleash their fury and frustrations on our unsuspecting customer service staff. While we appreciate that the courier not delivering you order by your installation deadline is very frustrating, please understand that our helpful staff are very very rarely to blame for this mishap. This of course, does not diminish or change the severity of your situation, and as long as we all keep cool heads, we can help to resolve the situation as quickly, and as painlessly, as possible. I have to be honest though, some callers have been blatantly rude, and quite obnoxious. We are happy to say that these calls are few and far between, but when you do get that one, it can turn the day of any customer service guru, into a very unpleasant experience. Please remember that we are here to help, and we would much prefer to do that with a smile.

A Lazy Mans Guide to Business

Part 1

Over the last few months, we have been breaking all kinds of company records, and blowing previous trends out-the-window. Our revenue is increasing at a staggering rate, and as of July 31, our revenue doubled from that of April, with no sign of slowing down now. Thank you to all our wonderful customers for making this such a record-breaking start to the New financial year. Even more amazing, August has just arrived, and that has historically been our busiest month. Due to our ever-increasing buying power, our prices are sharper than ever, and customer issues are down. Our warehouse is quickly becoming too small!
